We have shared a few of our “Okanagan Modern” home designs here on Facebook, but now you can browse them all in one place – our “Okanagan Modern” Catalog!
The catalog features exciting new home design ideas, well-thought-out floor plans, and a price list showing the building cost range for each home.
These new home designs will shape the face of our new family neighbourhoods and can also be built in our currently selling Upper Canyon neighbourhood.
Each plan offers an almost unlimited array of customizing options. They are laid out for mid-sized lots but can also be taken to a larger scale and inspire expansive custom builds.
The new home plans were created through close cooperation between the Wilden development team, our four select builders, and three of the best local home designers: Jenish Homes, Jeremy Newell and Lee Mullins.
