  • Option 2: 96% hi-efficiency gas furnace and 14.5 seer air conditioner (not variable speed)

Some home plans may require modification and show not included features. Choice of home plan and exterior finishes will be subject to approval by the Developer.

Homes will be constructed to conform with the current BC Building Code energy efficiency requirements. Additional upgrades and costs may be necessary to meet energy efficiency requirements due to specific conditions such as house orientation, etc.

Choice of home plan and exterior finishes must conform with the Design Guidelines and are subject to approval of the Design Review Consultant.
