Antler Heights Update: Landscaping Has Started

Another smooth month on site at Antler Heights! Framing is now complete on 24 homes, with just six more to go, and exterior finishes continue throughout the neighbourhood as landscaping nears completion on the first eight homes. Inside, rough-ins are wrapped on just over half of all the homes, while drywall is done and cabinetry is installed in a third of the homes. Flooring and tile are now finished in three homes, and we’re excited to share that the first two homes have entered their final finishing stages!

A reminder on interior personalization deadlines: the window to make it your own is narrowing. Before each home’s cut-off date, buyers can select their interior colour scheme (Cream or Mocha), plumbing and lighting fixtures (black or gold), and optional upgrades. Once the deadline passes, interiors are pre-selected.

Upcoming Personalization Deadlines:

• Velvets 9–11: deadlines staggered through August 2026
• Crowns homes: deadlines from September to mid-November 2026
