Home of Great Community Spirit
Seven years ago the first residents celebrated the holidays in what was then the newest addition to Wilden. 73 homes on 73 lots – this carefully crafted Wilden neighbourhood has just been officially completed. Over the years, the sense of community in Lost Creek has grown exceptionally strong.

From earliest servicing construction to the completion of its last single family home, Lost Creek has been over eight years in the making. A true gem within the development, it is known for being cozy, quiet and home to many young families. The stunning lake and city views of some homes and the surrounding natural area with beautiful hiking trails make this neighbourhood a truly great place to live.
With a tight-knit network of neighbours, Lost Creek is home to many community celebrations and get-togethers. The most remarkable demonstration of its community spirit was the petition for the neighbourhood park on city-owned land, started by dedicated Lost Creek residents in 2014. An initiative to raise funds was the final step in the process, and Blenk Development Corp was proud to donate a significant amount towards finalizing the park. All efforts paid off and families were excited to see the park and playground completed late August 2018, with a celebration following its opening in September. The park is a wonderful addition to the neighbourhood giving kids room to play and the community a place to gather for many celebrations to come.

All single family building lots may be taken, but there’s still an opportunity to move into a brand new home in the neighbourhood. Up the hill from Lost Creek 38 paired townhomes are currently under construction. The new strata development is called Lost Creek Point and offers generous floor plans ranging from 2,000 up to 3,600 square feet – ideal for families and just steps away from the community park and playground.
