Wilden Lights Up!

Thanks to Fortis BC’s generosity, the presentation centre up in Skylands has the newest in LED lighting. The crew at Wilden loves working in a clean, energy efficient and eco-friendly lighting environment. Here are 5 reasons why we love it so much: LED lights are extremely durable, they produce zero UV emissions, they have great design flexibility, you get instant light and they work well in outdoor settings. The federal government has now phased out the 75 watt and 100 watt incandescent light bulb and will be eliminating the 40 watt and 60 watt bulb by the end of 2014, in an attempt to make the country more energy efficient. So, if you want to check out what’s new in the lighting world, come by the presentation centre from 1-5pm daily (except) Fridays and see the light for yourself!
