Get Creative at the Wilden Creativity Festival

At our Wilden Creativity Festival we will have some fun activities for those who like to get creative themselves. Come to the Wilden Presentation Centre (1454 Rocky Point Drive) this Sunday, August 19th 2018 from 1-5pm.

We will have a craft station where we challenge all our little event guests to draw or paint “Something Wild.” All paintings will be hung up for people to look at and can be taken home afterwards by the artists.

You will also get the chance to design your own wall hanging. We will provide you with a stick and different coloured fabric strips to create your very own item of decor. You can get as creative as you want with this, playing around with different tying and knotting techniques. If you need help or have questions we will have staff there to help.

Another craft to take part in is rock painting. Grab a rock and some paint and have fun! You might want to create some labels for your flower or herb bed, maybe you write an inspiring quote on the rock or create beautiful patterns. Anything that gets you excited.
