Chatham Homes Joins the Select Builder Team in Wilden

The Wilden team is getting ready for the new neighbourhoods in 2015. There will be up to 100 new lots in various sizes and settings made available, from smaller single family lots to larger lake view properties. This will keep the Wilden Select Builders busy: AuthenTech Homes, Fawdry Homes and Rykon Construction, all of whom have impressive Showhomes in Wilden’s “Sky Parade” on Skyland Drive. Effective December 2014, Wilden will have 4 Select Builders on the team, with Chatham Homes being the latest addition. Russ Foster, President and CEO of Blenk Development Corp., went through a rigorous process to find a builder that meets Wilden’s demanding standards for quality and customer service.
