Antler Heights January Construction Update + February 6 Customization Deadline

Construction at Antler Heights is off to a strong start in 2026 and we’re excited to share our latest January update video.

Work is moving smoothly and we’re right on schedule. The first eight semi-detached homes (Velvet #1–4 and Silver Tip #27–30) are nearly finished framing and remain on track for completion this fall.

Customize Your Home by Friday, February 6, 2026

With construction progressing quickly, we’re also approaching the first customization deadline for the first eight homes.

Friday, February 6th 2026 is the cut-off to customize Velvet #1–4 and Silver Tip #27–30.

Purchasing before the deadline means you’ll be able to:

• Choose your preferred interior colour scheme
• Select optional upgrades

After February 6, these homes will move forward with a pre-selected interior colour scheme, and upgrades will no longer be available for those homes.
