Momentum continues at Antler Heights, and we’re excited to share that Crown 17 is now sold, and Velvet 2 is pending.
There’s a lot of progress to report from the site. Framing is now complete on 18 homes, with the first Crown home already halfway framed, and foundations are underway for the remaining five buildings. The first Velvet and Silver Tip homes have their exterior finishes complete, with drywall and painting well underway inside. The most exciting milestone? We have started interior finishing, and cabinets are now installed in the very first Silver Tip home. The project is on schedule, and our site team is absolutely crushing it.
