For the third year in a row Gerrit and Mitch Niessen at Long Ridge Court have won the first prize in our annual Christmas Lights Competition for their amazing home decoration. Congratulations to Gerrit and Mitch for winning a 200$ gift card at Orchard Park Mall.

Our Showhome is moving and will open at 1810 Hidden Hills on Monday, June 24th. This weekend, from June 21st-23rd, only our Pondside show home at 1550 Union Road will be open.
