Celebrating Wilden’s Festive Holiday Homes
Each Christmas we love to celebrate the residents who spread merry and cheer with colour and lights in the Wilden neighbourhood. Wilden residents, put up your Christmas lights to make this dark and cold season more beautiful and inviting. We can’t wait to tour the neighbourhood to select our 2022 top ten Wilden Festive Homes.
More Details About the 2022 Festive Homes Celebration:
The week of December 5th our team will tour the neighbourhoods and pick the 10 homes that catch our eye with the most cheerful vibes! If your home has been selected, you’ll find a note on your doorstep by December 11th. On December 14th, once it’s dark outside, our team will come around to capture your home in photo and video.
Every selected home will be rewarded with a Wilden prize bag as a token of gratitude. We always try to support our Wilden resident owned business as much as possible and share their offerings with our neighbours.
All 10 bags will be stuffed with the following goodies:
- A bottle of Bubbles from Niche Wine Co.
- Umami Crave the Fifth dressing & dipping sauce trio gift set
- 2 Bath bombs made by our VP Construction Josh and his daughter Caylee
- A special painted wooden ornament from MK’s Creations
- A Wilden hat
- 2 Wilden mugs
All prize bags will look the same, but three random ones will include special surprises:
- One random bag will include two 2023 wine passport from uncorkBC owned and run by our resident Kayla.
- Another bag out of the ten will include a $150 gift card for a photo shoot with Crystal Lynn Photography, a photographer living in Wilden.
- A third bag will include a gift card for a massage with Tenielle Schmid from Be Still.
During the week leading up to Christmas, on Thursday, Dec. 22nd, we will come around to drop off the prize bags at the selected homes. Five lucky homes will randomly receive the bags with the additional goodies.
We will ring your doorbell to give you the option to choose your lucky bag. If you prefer to not open the door or you’re not home we will simply leave one bag at your front door. You still have the same chance as everyone else to win the grand prize.
Most important: when you unpack your gifts and taste your treats, let your neighbours know about them.
