Wilden’s Celebration of Light is Back!

Each Christmas, we love to celebrate the residents who spread merriment and cheer with colour and lights in the Wilden neighbourhood. Wilden residents, get your homes holiday ready to make this dark and cold season more beautiful and inviting. We’ve partnered with the team at the Wilden Community Association, who will tour the neighbourhood as of Dec. 1st to select our 2024 top ten Wilden Festive Homes.

More Details About the 2024 Festive Homes Celebration:

Between December 1st-3rd, members from the Wilden Community Association will tour the neighbourhood and pick the 10 homes that catch their eyes with the most cheerful vibes! If your home has been selected, you’ll find a note on your doorstep by December 7th. On Sunday, December 8th, our photo and video team will come around to capture your home in all its festive glory.

Introducing the Community Choice Award!

This year, we’re excited to add a new element to our festivities: the Community Choice Award. From December 13th to 20th, you will have the opportunity to vote for your overall favourite home among the selected ten. The home with the most votes will receive a special prize!

Prize Bags and Surprises:

Every selected home will be rewarded with a Wilden prize bag as a token of gratitude. We always strive to support our residents and share their offerings with our neighbours.

All 10 bags will be stuffed with the following goodies:

A bottle of wine
2 Wilden mugs
Stocking stuffers created by Wilden residents

Special Prize for the “Community Choice Award”

The winner of our Community Choice Award will receive a $200 gift certificate to Erica Jane. Enjoy a delightful dinner at Erica Jane, where they focus on seasonally inspired menus, exceptional service, and the highest quality wines and cocktails available from the Okanagan Valley and beyond.

Most important: when you unpack your gifts and enjoy your treats, let your neighbours know about them.
