Antler Heights Update: Flooring & Tile Now Underway in First Home

Antler Heights is really taking shape. Framing is now two-thirds complete, including our first Crown home, with exterior finishes underway and landscaping nearing completion on the first four homes. Inside, rough-ins are done on over a third of the project, drywall and cabinetry are progressing steadily, and flooring and tile are now underway on the first home. Everything remains on track, and the progress has been incredible to watch.

If you’ve been considering a home at Antler Heights, there’s still time to make it your own. Interior personalization deadlines are approaching and only select homes remain available for customization. Before a unit cut-off date, buyers can choose their interior colour scheme (Cream or Mocha), plumbing and lighting fixtures (black or gold), and optional upgrades from a curated list. After the deadline, interiors are pre-selected.

Here’s where things stand:

• 3 Velvets remain with deadlines staggered through August 2026
• 7 Crowns remain with deadlines from September to mid-November 2026
• Silver Tip interiors are now all pre-selected
